Sam joined RedCloud Capital in 2004. Sam has extensive management and operating experience in several industries, including consumer products, wholesale distribution and the oil and gas business. He was the founder and CEO of Stewart’s Beverages, Inc., a publicly held soft drink company with sales and distribution in all 50 states and throughout Canada. Stewarts was acquired by Snapple Beverages where Sam continued to serve as President of the Stewart’s division. Prior to starting Stewart’s, Sam was a partner in Capvest Limited, a Melbourne, Australia based investment company, with primary responsibilities of identifying, financing, and managing the firm’s investments in the U.S. and Canada. He was also a co-founder of Energy Prospects, Inc. and Wazee Energy LLC, two oil and gas businesses with operations in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. Sam began his career as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division.
